What should I do if I am having a medical emergency?

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Our care team and providers are available during normal business hours for general questions and non-emergent concerns.

What states do you serve?

This list continues to grow as time goes on.  Please follow the sign up now link for the most up to date list of states we serve.

Do I need a primary care provider?

We work in conjunction with your primary care doctor.  We also do not require that you have a PCP as an Enbold patient.

Can I get labs through Enbold?

Yes, reach out to our clinical care team to request labs and we can send an order to a local lab processing facility.

Is my appointment/information HIPPA secure?

Yes, Enbold uses Spruce and Hint which are both HIPPA secure platforms to conduct all communication with our patients.

Do I get to pick my provider?

Yes, when you sign up, you will select an appointment time with a provider licensed in that state.

What is included in my Enbold membership?

We offer two membership plans based on which medication you are interested in (a Semaglutide Plan and a Tirzepatide Plan). These plans include the medication, unlimited virtual visits with your provider, unlimited visits with our nutrition coach, and access to our clinical care team via our Spruce app for a more customized and personalized plan to treat your individual needs.  

Do you offer insurance advocacy/ prior authorizations/appeals?

We are no longer able to offer this service to new patients effective February 10, 2024.

Do I need to workout while on these medications?

In general, resistance training and exercise will help your goals significantly. We have guides with modification that help to meet you where you are.

How do I get my medication?

After you’ve consulted with your provider, our team will send a prescription to one of the compounding pharmacies that ships to your state. Your medication will arrive discreetly directly to your door in insulated packaging. Refrigerate your medication upon receipt.

What type of medications do you prescribe?

How do I get my medication?

Where does my medication come from?

Enbold uses Southend Pharmacy to supply compounded GLP medications. Southend is a LegitScript certified 503A compound pharmacy. Southend Pharmacy maintains 3rd party testing on all of their medications for sterility, potency, and quality.

I don’t have diabetes - can I still get a GLP?

Yes; Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are indicated for both diabetes and weight loss. Your medical history will be taken in to account when discussing with your provider.

Do you accept FSA/HSA cards as a form of payment?

Yes! We are able to process FSA/ HSA cards. We are unable to process carecredit cards.

Do you accept medical insurance?

At this time, we do not accept medical insurance for our services.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, just let us know you want to cancel.  Your plan will terminate at the end of your plan term. There are no fees or penalties to cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. We are unable offer refunds for any medications once they are processed through the pharmacy.
